
The Volunteer Coordination Working Group is a small group of volunteers who support each other in managing the care and work of the volunteers that keep OPL running.
What does this working group do?
• Brings new volunteers on board, running inductions and training sessions
• Coordinates with volunteers about shifts and workshop/event support by keeping the rota up to date and being the point of liaison between volunteers and workshop/event facilitators
• Plans volunteer socials
